Boiled sheep, tripe following the ancient Sican recipe, and suckling pig carpaccio cooked at low temperature. The first courses celebrate the Village's organic products, varying with the seasons. The 'Village grill' offers lamb, sausage, and pork from the Sicani Mountains. Finish with the delicious cannolicchi made of ricotta from Santo Stefano Quisquina. An authentic experience that brings you closer to the hearts and flavors of our land.

 

The products used: From local products, like PDO pecorino cheese and fresh ricotta with honey and almonds, to boiled sheep and tripe with beans, our chef conveys the authentic taste of the Sicani Villages.

 

Who we are: Borgo Buonanotte, born in the 1980s from Uncle Giovanni's dream and passion for horses, is now a restaurant run by his nephews. Keeping the original structure, with family stables and horses, the owners promote the mountain territory and local products.
