At the heart of our Sican Sicilian identity lies the love for tradition and the teachings handed down by our ancestors. We passionately carry on our festivals, our rituals, our foods, our celebrations, our most ancestral knowledge.

But we do not stop at honoring tradition; indeed, we carry on the tradition of the future, we experience generational exchange, cultivate new passions for ancient traditions, and move them forward with innovation.

The evidence of this can be seen in the younger ones involved in building the Bread Arches in San Biagio Platani or the new young experts from the Chiacchierino Lab, who have rediscovered a lost ancient tradition and brought it back to life.
