The land where we cultivate it, the places where we grind it, the hands that work it, the arms of those who serve it, are all sacred. Food lies at the heart of our tradition: it is diverse, tasty, linked to celebrations and seasons.

It still follows the seasons, the ancient refinement of ingredients. It is produced and harvested by us, locally, in the mountains after the cool rains, to be transformed into Easter delicacies, or in the fields, a result of the sweat and knowledge of farmers, to reach our summer tables.
